The role

We are looking for an administrator for the customer service department, with wide and fluent command of French; for an important company in the metal sector dedicated to the innovation and manufacturing of accessories and valves for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

The ideal candidate would join the company directly, on a permanent contract, in a participatory, top-level working environment, facing new professional challenges focused on the French-speaking foreign market.

What you'll do

Participating in the department facing the French-speaking market, with a global focus on customer service within the Cordovan industrial fabric; you would develop the department's own activities regarding incident resolution, data collection, and administrative support.
