What you'll do

Do you have experience in the assembly of electrical substations and availability to work at different points in Spain?

At Grupo CRIT, we are selecting first-class Electrician Skilled Tradespeople to join a major company specializing in the execution and maintenance projects of railway installations.

We are looking for professionals with experience in the assembly of electrical substations, MV and HV installations + field work, with availability to travel nationwide.

  • Assembly and execution of electrical substations.
  • Low and medium voltage electrical installations (LV/MV).
  • Assembly of electrical equipment and their supports.
  • Wiring and assembly of electrical panels.
  • Mechanical assemblies associated with the installations.
  • Fieldwork in different projects and locations nationwide.
  • Complying with safety and quality procedures.

How you'll work

  • Day shift: 08:00 to 17:00 h, with 1 hour for lunch.
  • Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00 h time slot.
  • Base salary: €25,000 and €29,000 gross/year for 1st or 2nd class Skilled Tradespeople.
  • Areas: (Martorell, Tarrasa, San Cugat de Valles, Sabadell….)

Additional compensation for travel

  • Partial daily allowance of €26 per working day for travel that does not involve an overnight stay. (approximately €520 per month)
  • Full daily allowance of €57.10 for each calendar day of travel in the event of an overnight stay. (approximately €1,700 per month)

Other allowances

  • Night shift allowance: approximately 200 - 250 € gross/month, depending on category.
  • First-Class Electrician: 12 €/hour from Monday to Friday and 19 €/hour on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
