Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training level II in Electricity or equivalent training.
Handling of CAD and/or similar design programs.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
Minimum English level B2, especially important requirement for the position.
Handling of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Organized, resolute, proactive person with a customer orientation.

Nice to have

Previous experience in technical support, technical office, or technical-commercial support positions.
Professional experience within the electrical sector.
Experience in preparing quotes, plans, and project development.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Basic technical attention to client inquiries, both by phone and email.
Preparation and follow-up of quotes.
Design and development of projects.
Preparation and interpretation of electrical plans and diagrams.
Coordination and support to the commercial team on different projects.
Management of technical-commercial back-office tasks.
Handling of technical documentation and project follow-up.
