Requirements

What we're looking for

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Junior Industrial Operator to join a company specialized in plastic material welding, located in Valdemoro (south zone of Madrid).

We are looking for a person with previous experience in industrial environments or manual labor, with a desire to learn and develop professionally in the area of plastic welding. Training will be provided on the job.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Welding work and handling of plastic materials.
Learning and application of specific plastic welding techniques.
Use of hand tools and machinery specific to the position.
Preparation, assembly, and finishing of parts.
Interpretation and following of work instructions.
Control and review of the quality of the work performed.
Compliance with safety, quality, and OSH standards.
Basic maintenance and correct use of tools and equipment.

How you'll work

Conditions:

Location: Valdemoro (south zone of Madrid).
Salary: Between €18,000 and €20,000 gross/year, depending on experience.
Productivity bonus.
Overtime: possibility to reach up to an additional €2,000 net annually, depending on performance.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
Working hours: 40 hours per week.
Training: initial training and development on the job.
