Education related to Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, Social Graduate, or similar.
Knowledge of labor regulations, hiring, and Social Security.
Regular use of the RED System, SILTRA, and Contrat@.
Organizational skills, client orientation, and attention to detail.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct permanent contract with the client company.
Immediate start.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Summer schedule (from July 13 to September 13): from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Winter schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Salary: €25,000 gross per year
One on-call afternoon per month from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Joining a well-established agency with a team of approximately 20 professionals managing nearly 2,400 payrolls.

The role

From Grupo Crit, we are selecting a Labor Technician for direct placement in a well-established agency located in Getafe. We are looking for someone with experience in labor management and personnel administration, eager to join a professional team specialized in business advisory services.

What you'll do

Preparation and review of monthly payrolls.
Calculation of salary variables, pro-rata amounts, supplements, overtime, garnishments, and advances.
Management of Social Security contributions (RLC/RNT) through the RED System.
Processing of registrations, cancellations, and changes with Social Security.
Management of affiliations under the General Regime and RETA.
Processing of temporary disability, maternity/paternity, and workplace accident procedures.
Management and application of collective bargaining agreements.
Preparation, registration, and monitoring of contracts and extensions.
Submission of contracts to SEPE via Contrat@.
Management of contractual transformations.
Preparation of final settlements, severance payments, company certificates, and labor documentation.
Drafting of labor communications, disciplinary actions, and dismissals.
Client advisory services on labor matters: working hours, vacations, leave, working day adjustments, and collective agreement inquiries.
Document management and communication with official bodies (TGSS, SEPE, and Mutual Insurance Companies).
