We are looking for a labor technician with at least 5 years of experience, capable of autonomously managing a client portfolio and performing the complete labor cycle.
Comprehensive management of the labor area for a client portfolio.
Preparation, review, and control of payroll and social security.
Interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements.
Registrations, terminations, and modifications with Social Security.
Contracts, extensions, modifications, and terminations.
Management of IT, maternity/paternity, working hour reductions, etc.
Recurring labor advisory to clients.
Resolution of labor inquiries.
Relationship with TGSS, SEPE, and the Labor Inspectorate.
Improvement and standardization of internal processes.
Coordinated work with the tax-accounting and legal areas.
