The role

From Grupo Crit we are actively looking for Customer Service Telephone Operators to join a new campaign in the banking sector.

This is a stable project in which, in addition to handling and resolving customer inquiries, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills through cross-selling of financial products.

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Resolve doubts, incidents, and provide information regarding financial products and services.
Providing clear and accurate information while maintaining a professional level of service.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Initial 3-month employment contract with the possibility of extension (stable position).
On-site work from Monday to Sunday, with two weekends off per month.
Fixed salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement, corresponding to the Specialist Telephone Operator category.
18-day ONLINE training provided by the company starting on 16/11/2026. Start date in the position: 14/12/2026.

- Available shifts:
Afternoon shift: 30.5 hours per week from 16:00 to 22:00 / 35h per week from 15:00 to 22:00.
Intensive shift of 35 hours per week from 10:00 to 15:00 and 16:00 to 21:00 (in this shift, work is only performed during the first and last week of the month + all Mondays of the month)
Split shift of 37.5h per week from 11:30 to 16:00 and 17:00 to 20:00

Minimum requirements

A degree in areas related to finance or business is valued.
