From Grupo Crit we are actively looking for Customer Service Telephone Operators to join a new campaign in the banking sector.

This is a stable project in which, in addition to handling and resolving customer inquiries, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills through cross-selling of financial products.

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Resolving questions, incidents, and inquiries about financial products and services.

Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Initial 3-month employment contract with the possibility of extension (stable position).
Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with two weekends off per month, ON-SITE.
Fixed salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement, corresponding to the Specialist Telephone Operator category.
18-day ONLINE training provided by the company starting on 13/10/2026
Available shifts:

-Morning shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 38.5 hours per week.
