Requirements
What we're looking for
•University degree in Business Administration and Management, Degree in Economic Sciences, or any other official degree that grants competencies linked to the required knowledge.
The role
Are you interested in understanding how regulation, energy markets, and sustainability are generating new business models?
We are looking to hire a Business and Energy Transition Consultant with a background in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, who wants to specialize in one of the sectors with the greatest transformation and opportunities in the coming years.
We are not necessarily looking for an engineering profile. We are looking for a person with analytical capacity, economic and business vision, customer orientation, and a desire to develop technical knowledge in the energy sector.
What you'll do
- You will analyze the economic and regulatory feasibility of projects and opportunities linked to energy, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
- You will participate in the management of Energy Savings Certificates (CAE), subsidies, carbon footprint, CO₂ markets, and other mechanisms associated with the energy transition.
- You will perform the economic monitoring of projects, analyzing costs, revenues, profitability, deadlines, and achievement of objectives.
- You will analyze regulatory changes to identify their impact and possible business opportunities.
- You will manage projects from start to finish, coordinating clients, Administration, certification bodies, engineering firms, suppliers, and other agents.
- You will participate in the design of new energy products, services, and business models.
- You will prepare proposals, reports, contractual documentation, and files associated with the projects.
- You will progressively train in the technical aspects necessary to analyze energy efficiency actions and understand the proposed solutions.
- When the project requires it, you will participate in site visits along with other technical profiles from the team.
What will your challenge be?
You will participate in the development and management of projects linked to energy efficiency and energy transition, analyzing their economic, regulatory, and technical components.
You will work in areas such as Energy Savings Certificates (CAE), subsidies, CO₂ markets, energy efficiency, or decarbonization, helping to convert regulatory changes and energy opportunities into viable projects and new business opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with a background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar, with analytical capacity, curiosity, and business orientation, interested in developing their career in the energy sector.
It is not essential to come from an engineering background or to technically master energy installations from day one. We will especially value the ability to understand projects, analyze their profitability, interpret regulation, manage documentation, and coordinate different stakeholders.
You will be a particularly good fit if you have:
- Analytical capacity and ease with numbers.
- Interest in energy, sustainability, and new business models.
- Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into concrete opportunities.
- Economic and business orientation.
- Good level of Excel and information processing.
- Management and organizational capacity.
- Ease in relating to clients and different areas.
- Curiosity to understand the technical side of projects.
We will value experience or knowledge in any of these areas:
- Energy Savings Certificates (CAE)
- Carbon footprint and decarbonization
- Audits and energy efficiency
- Energy and environmental management systems
- CO₂ market
- Energy regulation and standards
- Grants and subsidies linked to energy projects
Why might this project interest you?
Because you will work in an environment where a regulatory decision can generate a new market, where energy savings can become an economic asset, and where you will have to combine financial analysis, regulation, strategy, negotiation, and energy knowledge to turn opportunities into real projects.
Take the next step!
If you already have experience in the sector and are looking for a project where to continue growing, assume responsibility, and participate directly in projects linked to the future of energy, we want to meet you.
The necessary documentation certifying the data reported in the curriculum will be requested during the selection process.
People participating in the selection and evaluation processes will be valued based on the job requirements with objectivity, transparency, and respecting the principle of equal opportunities between women and men
