Requirements
What we're looking for
We are looking for a person with the skills to explain administrative and technical information related to energy efficiency aid programs in a simple manner. Higher Level Vocational Training (FP de Grado Superior) will be valued, although it will not be an exclusive requirement, as well as previous experience in citizen services, Public Administration, management of subsidies or aid, and initiatives related to energy efficiency.

The role
Immediate start.

What you'll do
You will perform advisory functions regarding energy aid, subsidies, and energy saving and efficiency measures, offering close, professional, and high-quality service.
Previous experience in face-to-face customer service, information offices, citizen services, or similar services.
Experience or knowledge related to Public Administration, administrative procedures, or the processing of applications.
It will be especially valued to have worked with subsidies, public aid, incentives, or financing programs.
Knowledge of energy efficiency, energy saving, rehabilitation, or renewable energies, with technical specialization being essential.
Regular use of office tools and the ability to work with management platforms or applications.
Personal competencies
Good oral expression and the ability to speak with different user profiles.
Listening skills and the ability to resolve doubts.
Organized, responsible, decisive person with initiative.
Ability to work autonomously and in coordination with the rest of the team.
