Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Business Administration, or related areas.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-learning content design, video creation, and LMS platform management.
Experience in the administration and management of online learning platforms.
Essential experience in the creation and management of e-learning content.
Analytical capacity to monitor metrics, participation, and training results.
Knowledge of tools such as Articulate, Easygenerator, Synthesia, Vidext, Camtasia, Canva and/or AI applied to training.
Languages: advanced level of English, minimum B2.

The role

We are looking for a Digital Environment Training Specialist for our Barcelona office.

What you'll do

What will you be responsible for?

Drive the use of the learning platform as a key tool for learning and development.
Create, configure, and maintain courses, training itineraries, content, and resources within the platform.
Manage users, permissions, enrollments, and training assignments.
Provide support to employees and teams regarding training and the use of the LMS. As well as resolving possible incidents related to the platform.
Monitor participation, progress, and completion of the different training actions.
Prepare training reports, metrics, and KPIs through the LMS to evaluate the impact and evolution of the programs.
Collaborate with different departments to identify training needs and translate them into digital itineraries and content.
Coordinate the creation, updating, and organization of e-learning and audiovisual content.
Propose improvements to the platform, the content, and the employee learning experience.
Participate in digitalization, innovation, and Artificial Intelligence projects related to training and development.
