The role

We are looking for a Spa Director for one of our hotels located in O Grove (Pontevedra).

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the spa and wellness center, ensuring an excellent experience for our clients.
Lead, train, and motivate the reception team, therapists, and support staff.
Ensure compliance with quality, service, and guest care standards.
Resolve incidents and offer personalized attention in special situations.
Supervise and analyze the main performance indicators (occupancy, sales, and customer satisfaction).
