Salary according to the collective agreement: €24,751.10 gross per year distributed in 12 payments.

The role

At Grupo Moldtrans we are looking for a Finance Administrative Officer to be responsible for and coordinate the accounting records of operations, as well as the preparation and supervision of financial statements and tax settlements, within the framework of current legal regulations.

What you'll do

Preparation of the group's accounting: recording entries, fixed assets, periodic entries, fixed and variable expenses.
Periodic accounting closing.
Ensuring that accounting complies with labor, tax, and commercial regulations.
Administrative management: registrations and deregistrations for the IAE (Economic Activities Tax) and other similar procedures.
Preparation of personnel cost entries (employer social security contributions).
Dealings with public bodies.
Dealings with public bodies and compliance with official requirements for archiving and preserving documents.
Tax settlements.
Reconciliation of activities with the group's correspondents and preparation of the corresponding settlements for the resulting debit or credit position.
