Salary based on experience and position level:
Fixed salary + variable, based on experience and position level:
Junior: €22,000 to €25,000 gross per year + variable.
Senior: €26,000 to €45,000 gross per year + variable.

The role

We are looking to hire a Maritime and/or Air Freight Sales Representative to develop business, acquire new clients, and manage the commercial relationship with current clients.

We will value profiles with different levels of experience, from Junior to Senior.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Acquiring and developing new clients.
Managing and retaining the existing client portfolio.
Preparing and following up on sales offers.
Negotiating terms and closing deals.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitoring commercial objectives and results.
