The role
At Moldtrans we are growing and we are looking to hire an Internal Sales Representative to join the Sales Department at our Montornès del Vallès branch.
Your mission will be to develop business opportunities and boost sales of our international road freight services. You will be the point of reference for customers with import and export operations, providing technical advice and agile, close attention that guarantees the best logistics solution for every need.
What you'll do
- Handling commercial inquiries via web, email, and phone.
- Preparing prices and quotes for road freight, as well as following up on opportunities.
- Coordinating with the road traffic department.
- Monitoring the service agreed with the customer.
- Developing customers focused on road freight services.
- Support in managing unpaid invoices alongside the administrative department.
- Updating commercial information in the CRM and reporting activity to the manager.
How you'll work
- Full-time position with rotating weekly shifts from Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
