Sales Development Representative

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably as an SDR, in sales or business development environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze information.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting software.
• Residency in Vigo or surrounding areas.

• Fixed Salary: A competitive and stable salary, without commissions for direct sales.
• Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 17:30 (with 30 minutes for lunch).
• Friday: 8:00 to 15:00.
• Months of June, July, and August: Intensive schedule from 8:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
• Modality: 100% on-site work in our Vigo offices.
• Contract: Initially through ETT, with permanent placement into the client company after an adaptation period.

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with great communication skills to join our team in Vigo. The main role of this position will focus on thorough research and scheduling meetings with potential clients, based on a provided list. It is fundamental to understand that this position does NOT involve direct sales, but rather the generation of qualified opportunities for the sales team.

• Identify and qualify prospects within the assigned list of potential clients.
• Contact potential clients through various channels (telephone, email, professional social networks) to present the company's value proposition.
• Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
• Maintain a detailed and updated record of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market needs and optimize prospecting strategies.
• Thoroughly research target companies to personalize the approach and maximize communication effectiveness.
