Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 10 years in IT project, program, or PMO management.
Having directed a portfolio or project management office with at least 8-10 project managers under your charge.
Experience on the vendor or integrator side: billing milestones, margin, change requests, and contractual management.
Experience in infrastructure projects (DC, operating systems, virtualization, storage, workplace, Microsoft 365, and technology renewals).
Solid executive communication before client management.
Proficiency in waterfall management (baseline, change control) and knowledge of agile methodologies.
Native or bilingual Spanish.

Nice to have

Experience in banking or regulated environments (DORA, EBA, ENS, audits).
PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification; ITIL.
Tools: MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, or Jira.
English, advanced

The role

At Grupo NS we are looking for a Senior Program Manager / Project Management Office Lead to direct an infrastructure project management office at a banking client.

What you'll do

Direct the project management office from end to end: portfolio monitoring, reporting standards, committee cadence, and prioritization.
Lead and hold accountable a team of 14-15 project managers.
Manage risks, dependencies, capacity, change control, and portfolio escalations.
Financial control: budget, forecasting, deviations, billing milestones, and margin.
Relationship with client management: executive committees focused on blockers, risks, and decisions.
Defense of contracted services before the client with judgment and tact.

How you'll work

Remote, from Spain, with occasional travel to Madrid and Andalusia, sometimes on short notice.
Start date: as soon as possible.
