IT Services Director

At Grupo NS we are looking to hire an IT Services Director to manage technological services in an international environment.

Management of IT projects in an international environment.

Management and monitoring of the budget, profitability, and service invoicing.

Preparation and management of RFI and RFP commercial proposals.

Negotiation of annual budgets and procurement.

Supervision of compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs agreed upon with the client.

Monitoring of compliance with established deadlines, objectives, and quality levels.

Risk management, identification of deviations, and definition of action plans.

Client relationship management, monitoring of their needs and expectations, and focus on their satisfaction.

Resource planning, production optimization, and management of team capacity and workload.

Definition of team structure, as well as roles and responsibilities.

Experience in the direction or management of IT services, with responsibility for service delivery, client relationships, and economic results.

Experience in the management and monitoring of budgets, profitability, and invoicing.

Experience in contract management and monitoring of SLAs and KPIs.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.

Experience in direct communication with clients and management of their satisfaction.

Experience in the preparation and management of RFI/RFP proposals, as well as in budget negotiation.
