Account Manager

- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts, building solid relationships with clients.
- Design and execute action plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Be responsible for the global strategy of your accounts and for monitoring their main KPIs: Customer NPS, Worker NPS, Vacancy Fill Rate, Absenteeism, and Attrition.
- Become a strategic partner for the client, understanding their business and anticipating their needs.
- Lead service delivery, coordinating teams and ensuring an excellent experience.
- Identify problems and opportunities for improvement and convert them into concrete, measurable action plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Contracts, Payroll, Billing, and Worker Success.
- Drive technology, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and indicators to make decisions and detect growth opportunities.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and contribute to the sustainable growth of the accounts.

- University degree in any engineering field, or failing that, Business Administration (ADE), or similar.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in large consultancies, account management, consumer goods companies, or similar environments.
- Experience in high-impact client relationships.
- Experience leading operations and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- A clear orientation toward the customer and results, with a growth mindset and focus on quality.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating different stakeholders to achieve demanding objectives.
- Analytical capacity and experience working with KPIs, data, and reports to make decisions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Native Spanish. English will be positively valued.
