Category: Services Supervisor What work will you do?: -Organize and distribute your team's daily work. Cleaning tasks in support of the team. -Supervise the fulfillment of your team's activities. And verify them. -Supervise uniformity, hygiene, and relations with the center's users and workers. -Manage incidents arising from the service. -Control the proper use of PPE and OHS protocols to be followed. -Create rosters. What are the requirements for this position? -The supervisor position requires technical knowledge of the service sector (cleaning/auxiliaries...) -Knowledge of team management and leadership -Versatile and multi-faceted position -Basic knowledge of labor legislation and applicable collective agreements -Knowledge regarding occupational health and safety prevention -User / advanced level knowledge of Excel for managing rosters, shifts, and schedules -Handling of computer equipment and clock-in control, PC, mobile (optimal level) -Affable character, tolerant of frustration, decisive when facing unforeseen daily service incidents -Accustomed to working under pressure -Driving license is essential -Possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% is valued -Availability of hours and travel (Valencia, surroundings, and Alicante) -Knowledge of CEE is valued What will your schedule be?: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 hrs (flexible schedule) What will your contract be?
