Advanced knowledge of labor regulations and Social Security.
Experience in payroll management and labor contracts.
Ability to provide professional advice on labor matters.
Proficiency in SAGE
Attention to detail and ability to manage incidents.

What you'll get

Possibility of remote work.
Schedule from 7:00 to 15:00 and two days until 18:30.
Competitive salary according to professional experience: 30,000 - 35,000 gross euros per year.

The role

We are looking for a Labor Relations Manager profile for a firm located in Valencia city.

ERP: Sage
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor Advisor.

What you'll do

The selected profile will be responsible for:

Monthly payroll management and preparation.
Registrations, terminations, and modifications with Social Security.
Preparation and management of contracts and settlements.
Application and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
Comprehensive labor advisory services to clients.
Management of SILTRA, CRA, CASIA, DELTA and FIE files.
Resolution of labor incidents and inquiries.
Monitoring and compliance with current labor regulations.
