Requirements
What we're looking for
- Have a great capacity for organization and for collaborating with the service manager to carry out task planning.
- Develop good management of people teams: distributing tasks based on capabilities and service needs, controlling times and materials, and resolving conflicts.
- Be a good communicator, be patient and empathetic, while being oriented toward the company's planning and strategy.
- Advanced level knowledge of office automation (Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp).
- Experience in team management.
- Flexible schedule.
- Organized person, leadership qualities, and good communicative/social skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.
Nice to have
- Valuable to hold a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
The role
What you'll do
- Perform the planning, coordination, and supervision of assigned services, resolving any incidents that arise.
- Liaising with public and private clients, anticipating needs and proposing possible improvements.
- Periodically visit the assigned centers.
- Control and manage the maintenance of machinery and work tools belonging to each project.
- Supervise the registration, termination, and changes of the workers under their charge, as well as the management of replacements for vacations, temporary disabilities, leaves, and other situations.
- Documentary and technical management of quality controls, satisfaction, etc., according to the required frequency.
- Supervise the operational onboarding of workers at their workstation.
- Apply the approved adaptations at the workstation.
- Detection of risks and coordination with the UAP technician.
How you'll work
What will your schedule be?: A full working day will be carried out from 8:00 to 17:30h. When do you start?: Immediately. Where?: Córdoba.
