About the role

Job description

At Planeta Group, we are currently looking for a Web Architecture and CMS Specialist to join the Business Technology department within the Planeta Formación y Universidades division.

Mission: Ensure the technical integrity, security, and long-term sustainability of the group's web ecosystem. Act as the guardian of the architecture, overseeing the quality of code delivered by third parties and maintaining technical standardization across all institutions.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

Architecture Stewardship: Define and maintain an architectural model that balances a centralized core (single maintenance) with the necessary autonomy to meet the specific needs of each institution.

Technical Supervision (Quality Gatekeeper): Audit the code and solutions developed by external technicians to ensure compliance with security, quality, and performance standards (Core Web Vitals/Technical SEO).

Standardization and Component Library: Design and manage the technical framework for templates and reusable components to prevent the accumulation of technical debt.

Data Integration and Governance: Control the structure and standardization of data captured in web forms to ensure its optimal flow to Atenea and other business systems.

Technical Support for the SD Team: Act as the operational liaison with Service Delivery to resolve complex technical issues that cannot be handled by lower-level support tiers.

Higher education in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience with multi-site/multi-tenant systems and CMS architectures (Headless, Monolithic, Decoupled).

In-depth knowledge of application lifecycles and modern frameworks.

Ability to define complex data flows between web interfaces and third-party services.

Proficiency in managing CI/CD processes applied to large-scale content management.
