At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Web Architecture and CMS Specialist for the Business Technology department within the Planeta Formación y Universidades division.

Mission: Ensure the technical integrity, security, and long-term sustainability of the group's web ecosystem. Act as the custodian of the architecture, overseeing the quality of code delivered by third parties and maintaining technical standardization across all institutions.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Architecture Custodian: Define and maintain an architecture model that balances a centralized core (single maintenance) with the autonomy needed for each institution's specific requirements.
Technical Supervision (Quality Gatekeeper): Audit the code and solutions developed by external technicians to ensure compliance with security, quality, and performance standards (Core Web Vitals/Technical SEO).
Standardization and Component Library: Design and manage the technical framework for templates and reusable components to avoid incurring technical debt.
Data Integration and Governance: Control the structure and normalization of data captured in web forms to ensure its optimal flow into Atenea and other business systems.
Technical Support for the SD Team managing maintenance: Act as the operational liaison with Service Delivery for resolving complex technical issues that cannot be addressed at lower support levels.
