What you'll do

Supervise and control service compliance
- Verify that security guards comply with operational instructions, the security plan, and the protocols established in the service contract.
- Check that shifts, uniforms, documentation, and equipment are appropriate.
Support the work of the guards and resolve incidents
- Provide immediate assistance in the face of any operational incident or urgent need in the service.
- Provisionally substitute a guard if necessary, in cases of absence or urgency.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the provisions of the Private Security Law and other applicable regulations.
- Report any irregularity observed in the development of the service.
Prepare service and incident reports
- Draft daily inspection reports, incident records, or special reports for the company or the client.

- Report any anomaly to the Security Manager and follow their directives.
- Propose improvements in procedures or in the organization of the service.
Training and operational reinforcement
