International Supply Chain Technician

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage internationally subcontracted production, coordinating suppliers and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline standards. The position combines project management, manufacturing and import operations monitoring, and issue resolution in an international environment.

• Simultaneously manage international production projects.
• Coordinate and supervise external suppliers and manufacturers located in different international markets.
• Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• Carry out comprehensive order tracking from manufacturing to final delivery.
• Resolve operational, logistical, or production issues by proposing solutions autonomously.
• Coordinate the import process and documentation associated with international operations.
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers, logistics operators, and internal departments.
• Analyze tracking indicators and prepare project status reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
• Support production and supply planning to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure project success.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or related training in purchasing or similar fields.
• High level of English.
• Analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to resolve issues and make decisions autonomously.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven profile.
• Knowledge of international trade, imports, and supplier management is a plus.
