Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum requirements:

Training: FPI / II
Computer skills at an advanced user level.
Experience in telephone customer service.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

Experience in the Private Security and Telecommunications sectors is valued.
Experience in an Alarm Receiving Centre and knowledge of bidirectional programming and technical assistance services in CCTV and Intrusion Systems is highly valued.
A disability certificate of 33% or higher is valued, but not required.

The role

At Grupo Secoex, we are looking for a Security Operator for our Alarm Receiving Centre (A.R.C.) in Badajoz.

What you'll do

Main functions to be performed:

Processing and management of alarm signals.
Receiving telephone calls.
Writing reports and emails.
Phone support for customers and suppliers.
Processing of incidents to the companies maintaining the systems.
Coordination of the key arrival and custody service.
Updating security protocols.
Permanent collaboration with the State Security Forces.
Performing administrative tasks specific to the department.

How you'll work

Availability to work in rotating shifts of M-T-N, and L-D, via roster.
