Integrated into the tax department and reporting directly to the firm's partners, your main responsibilities as a self-employed Advisor will be:

• Comprehensive tax advisory: Resolving queries, preparing technical reports, planning transactions, and managing appeals and claims.
• Tax defense: Representing and assisting clients before tax inspections.
• Management of major taxes: Overseeing and advising on Corporate Income Tax and Personal Income Tax (IRPF).
• Recurring tax management: Supervising and supporting the recurring tax matters of the client portfolio.

• Education: Degree in Law (a strongly legal profile is essential). A dual degree in Law and Business Administration (DADE) will be valued, given the solid legal background.
• Bar admission: Being a member of the Bar Association and practicing as an active lawyer is highly valued.
• Experience: Between 5 and 10 years of demonstrable experience in tax advisory.
• It is essential that this experience comes from a law firm or a professional services firm.
• Technical skills: Experience with the A3 management software will be valued.
• Having accounting knowledge or a background in accounting will also be positively considered, although accounting execution is handled by another department.
