What will your mission be?
Your main responsibility will be to perform the follow-up and management of collections for the
client portfolio, contributing to maintaining an effective and professional relationship with them.
Your functions will be:

• Management and follow-up of collections.
• Claiming and controlling pending payments.
• Telephone customer service.
• Management of the department's email.
• Client registration.
• Risk inquiries with credit institutions.
• Updating and maintaining administrative information related to collections
  management.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or collections management departments.
• Good command of Excel and office tools.
• Native or bilingual Catalan.
• Organized, resourceful, constant person with good communication skills.
• Ability to perform follow-up on files and manage collection incidents.

What do we offer?

• Permanent contract.
• Full-time.
• Salary according to experience and knowledge.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30. Fridays and summer months: intensive working day from

08:00 to 14:30.
