Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Commerce, or similar (a Degree in Business Administration is valued).
Fluent use of office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate level of English (valued for occasional logistics/foreign trade tasks). (Delete if it really will not be used).
Driving license B.
Previous experience in similar positions is valued, but not essential: we look for initiative, a desire to learn, and the ability to work in a team.

What you'll do

Issuance, registration, and control of customer and supplier billing.
Document management for transport and shipments (delivery notes, waybills, weighings).
Administrative attention and support for customers, the commercial network, and carriers.
Basic accounting reconciliation and resolution of billing incidents.
Registration and updating of data in the company's ERP system.
