What you'll get

Stability and Projection: Joining a solid and consolidated project in a leading company in the agri-food sector, with a position of high visibility and responsibility.

Attractive Remuneration Package: Fixed salary plus an interesting variable remuneration plan linked to the achievement of business objectives.

Work Tools: Company vehicle, expense card (fuel, meals, and accommodation), mobile phone, and computer equipment.

The role

At Fertinagro Biotech, we continue to grow our team and are looking to hire a Key Account Manager to lead the relationship with our main biofertilizer clients throughout the national territory.

If you are motivated by building long-term relationships of trust, deeply understanding your customers' needs, and growing their business alongside your own, this is your opportunity to be part of a leading project in a multinational company that is a benchmark in biotechnology applied to plant nutrition and is committed to more efficient and sustainable agriculture.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the global relationship with a set of the company's strategic accounts.

Your objective will be to get to know each client in depth, anticipate their needs, and accompany their evolution, to become their trusted interlocutor and develop the maximum potential of each account in the medium and long term. You will have the support of our technical and R&D teams for all product support.

Comprehensive account management: Being the main point of contact for each key account, internally coordinating all company resources (technical, logistics, administration, marketing) to offer excellent service.

Relationship and loyalty: Building and maintaining solid relationships with the different decision-making levels of the client (management, purchasing, technical and commercial teams), through periodic visits and close follow-up.

Account planning and growth: Developing account plans with clear objectives, analyzing the evolution of each client, and identifying opportunities to expand collaboration (cross-selling, new lines, new territories).

Negotiation: Leading commercial negotiations, annual agreements, and conditions with each account, seeking profitable and sustainable relationships for both parties.

Follow-up and reporting: Monitoring account indicators (sales, profitability, satisfaction, compliance with agreements), preparing forecasts, and reporting to management.

Acquisition of new strategic accounts: Identifying and opening relationships with new large clients in the agricultural sector at a national level.
