Nice to have
- Complementary and verifiable training in Cultural Heritage matters (not a master's or postgraduate degree)
- Master's or Postgraduate degree related to Cultural Heritage
- Verifiable work experience in heritage projects related to historical paths, ethnography, historical-artistic ensembles, and regulations
- Verifiable work experience preparing reports on impacts to Built Cultural Heritage
Education & certifications
- Architecture (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
The role
Architect - Cultural Heritage Impact Reports (Santander)
Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Architect to provide support in the preparation of reports on impacts to cultural heritage, in Santander.
Regarding the process published on 04/08/2026, the deadline for receiving applications is extended from 14/10/2026 to 20/10/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).
What you'll do
- Assessment of actions affecting cultural heritage or its protection environments.
- Drafting of reports where various projects will be assessed in relation to the necessary administrative actions and the possible impact on cultural heritage and its regulatory framework, providing viable alternatives if necessary.
- GIS updating.
- Support work for the technical office if necessary.
How you'll work

Location: Santander - We offer:
- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable. In the event that an internship/training contract is formalized, the duration may be 6 months with the possibility of extension for another 6 months; provided that the degree provided by the candidate is related to the tasks of the offered position, performing activities specific to the degree to which their internship contract is linked, allowing them to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies completed.
