What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. You possess a degree in Library Science or a University Degree in Information and Documentation or Information Management and Digital Content (MECES Level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
At least 6 months of experience in tasks involving the review of technical documentation and cataloging of documentary collections (with an employment and/or academic contract)
Valid Type B driver's license in Spain

Nice to have

Complementary training in archive management and organization, documentation, and logistics.
From 1 year to 3 years of experience in document management and archiving work in the Public Sector (with an employment and/or academic contract)
From 6 months to 1 year of experience in work related to files in the hydraulic management branch (with an employment and/or academic contract)
From 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance, adaptation, and cataloging of information in databases (with an employment and/or academic contract)

What you'll do

Review, analysis, and completion of technical information for a quota of registrations.
Review and scanning of complete files (document identification and creation of processing tree) using a computer application
Document management and archiving: searching, organizing, and controlling files through an application and in physical archives

OFFERED:

Full-time, 37.5h/week.

Fixed-term contract of approximately 8 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
