Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical education in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in multidisciplinary engineering projects, preferably installations.
Experience working on collaborative BIM platforms such as Autodesk Forma.
Experience coordinating models originating from Revit.

The role

At Michael Page, we are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our client's offices located in Madrid.

What you'll do

They must follow the design protocols and standards established by the company and the client in their work.
Maintain their focus on quality and carry out their tasks in a structured and disciplined manner.
Creation of 3D models and object data linking.
Generation and export of graphic documentation from a 3D model.
Constantly and carefully coordinates their work with external parties such as architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Possess capable techniques and skills to fix, organize, and combine information.
Knowledge of open standards and object libraries.
