We are looking to hire a Lawyer or Senior Legal Advisor with solid experience in the notary sector or at a top-tier firm, capable of leading complex operations from start to finish in civil, commercial, and tax matters.
Main responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of complex operations: Preparation, drafting, and review of highly complex notarial deeds (corporate/commercial real estate transactions, M&A, corporate operations, refinancings, etc.).
Succession Planning and Inheritances: Advisory and processing of complex inheritances, estate settlements, inheritances with international elements, and succession planning (Family Office).
Notarial Taxation: Analysis and tax impact of transactions (Inheritance and Gift Tax, Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty, Municipal Property Transfer Tax, Personal Income Tax, Wealth Tax) under state regulations and, especially, Catalan civil and tax law.
Attention to VIP/TOP clients: Direct communication, advisory, and support for high-profile clients, family offices, funds, and top-tier law firms.
Coordination and signing: Preparation of documentation prior to signing, prior review with the parties, and resolution of last-minute legal or registration issues.
