Degree in Law with a specialization in Labor Law
10+ years of experience in the labor function developed within a company, ideally as a Labor Director (or equivalent role) in a service company with a high volume of personnel and high labor complexity
Solid experience in labor relations, collective bargaining, and personnel administration
Practical, business-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Strong interpersonal skills: negotiation, management of conflicts and difficult situations, team leadership, and empathy
High/very high level of Spanish and English, Catalan is a plus

We are looking for a Labor Director to lead our Legal & Labor team, reporting to our founder and CEO, Oriol (In).
We are looking for a person to lead and coordinate all the Group's labor activities, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk control, and solid support for the business.
You will be a key figure in elevating the Group's legal and labor maturity level, providing legal judgment and structure, reinforcing our quality standards in an environment with high operational intensity, and supporting the integration and harmonization of processes and policies across the different Group companies.
Design and leadership of the Group's labor strategy, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and proactive labor risk management
Definition and homogenization of labor policies and procedures at a Group level
First-class labor advisory to the business and management, supporting decisions with labor impact
Supervision of personnel administration processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contractual modifications...), ensuring efficiency and operational quality
Leadership of the management of labor litigation processes (litigation, conciliations, claims), defining the legal strategy and coordinating with external advisors when applicable
Management of labor inspections and requirements from labor authorities, ensuring homogeneous judgment and an effective response at a Group level
Coordination of obtaining and maintaining the authorizations and accreditations necessary to operate in each geography, as well as quality and information security certifications (ISO, ENS...)
Transversal legal support and advisory in commercial, administrative, and tax matters, providing first-level response to the business in these areas and coordinating with external advisors when necessary
