Waiter/Waitress Assistant at H10 Tindaya

H10 Hotels is looking to hire Waiter/Waitress Assistants to work at the H10 Tindaya hotel, in the south of Fuerteventura.

The duties of the position will be:

• Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in the food and beverage sales service.
• Perform auxiliary tasks.
• Properly maintain your work area and utensils.
• Prepare work areas for service.
• Collaborate in customer service.
• Prepare the service setup, tables, chairs, sideboards, or any other furniture or items commonly used in dining rooms, restaurants, cafeterias, or bars.
• Those derived from the profile of the occupation.
• Actively contribute to reducing energy and water consumption; apply effective means of recycling and reusing materials, and use appropriate measures to contribute to the preservation of the environment.

• Previous experience of 1 year in a similar position.
• Training: Training courses in the Hospitality/Restaurant area.
• Languages: English.
• Years of experience will be considered as an alternative to training.
• Food Handler Certificate or Training in Food Hygiene and Handling.
• Residence in Fuerteventura is essential.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a Ayudantes de Camarero/a, para trabajar en el hotel H10 Tindaya, en el sur de Fuerteventura.

Las funciones del puesto de trabajo serán:

• Participar con alguna autonomía y responsabilidad en el servicio de venta de alimentos y bebidas.
• Realizar labores auxiliares.
• Conservar adecuadamente su zona y utensilios de trabajo.
• Prepara áreas de trabajo para el servicio.
• Colaborar en el servicio al cliente.
• Preparar el montaje del servicio, mesa, sillas, aparadores o cualquier otro mobiliario o enseres de uso común en salones, restaurantes, cafeterías o bares.
• Las derivadas del perfil de la ocupación.
• Contribuir activamente a fin de reducir el consumo energético e hídrico; aplicar medios efectivos de reciclaje y reutilización de materiales, y emplear medidas oportunas para contribuir con la preservación del medio ambiente

• Experiencia previa de 1 año en posición similar.
• Formación: Cursos de formación en el área de Restauración.
• Idiomas: Inglés
• Se considerarán los años de experiencia como alternativa a la formación.
• Carnet de Manipulador de alimentos o Formación en Higiene y Manipulación de alimentos.
• Imprescindible residencia en Fuerteventura.
