What you'll do
The duties to be performed will be:
- Perform qualified functions of direction, planning, organization, and control of the restaurant-bar-cafeteria.
- To organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the staff under their supervision.
- Direct, plan, and carry out the set of activities in their Area.
- Management and participation in billing, collection, balancing, and settlement of receipts.
- Perform inventories and controls of materials, merchandise, etc., used in the Department under their responsibility.
- Make purchase proposals for goods and place orders when assigned to do so.
- Perform the customer service tasks specific to the service.
- Participate in the training of the staff under their charge.
