Waiter/Waitress at H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Restaurant and Bar Waiter/Waitress to work at our hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, in Fuerteventura.

The duties to be performed will be:

• To carry out the food and beverage service and sales in a qualified, autonomous and responsible manner.
• To prepare the work areas for service.
• To provide direct customer service for the consumption of beverages and meals.
• Prepare simple dishes for consumption.
• Transport tools and items necessary for service.
• Control and check merchandise and items used in the section.
• To assist in the setting up, service and clearing of buffets.
• To perform tasks in front of the customer such as flambéing, carving, slicing, deboning, etc.
• Collaborate with the dining room manager in the preparation and development of special events.
• You will be able to coordinate and supervise the tasks specific to the activities of your area.
• To inform and advise the customer on the composition and preparation of the different products available.
• You will be able to handle customer complaints.
• Billing and customer payment collection.

• Good level of English
• Previous experience in the position of at least 1 year.
• Food Handler certificate.
• Residents of Fuerteventura

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Camarero/a de Restaurante y Bares para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, en Fuerteventura.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas.
• Preparar las áreas de trabajo para el servicio.
• Realizar la atención directa al cliente para el consumo de bebidas y comidas.
• Elaborar para consumo viandas sencillas.
• Transportar útiles y enseres necesarios para el servicio.
• Controlar y revisar mercancías y objetos de uso de la sección.
• Colaborar en el montaje, servicio y desmontaje de buffets.
• Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente tales como flamear, cortar, trinchar, desespinar, etc.
• Colaborar con el jefe de comedor en la preparación y desarrollo de acontecimientos especiales.
• Podrá coordinar y supervisar los cometidos propios de la actividad de su área.
• Informar y aconsejar al cliente sobre la composición y confección de los distintos productos a su disposición.
• Podrá atender reclamaciones de clientes.
• Facturación y cobro al cliente.

• Buen nivel de inglés
• Experiencia previa en el puesto mínima de 1 año.
• Carnet de Manipulor de Alimentos.
• Residentes en Fuerteventura
