Advanced level of English is essential in oral expression and comprehension (knowledge of another language will be valued).
Training in hospitality.
High level of customer orientation.

Nice to have

A degree in oenology (sommelier) and bar knowledge will be valued.

The role

At Hospes Palau de la Mar we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to perform the following duties:

What you'll do

Prepare, restock, and change materials before and during service.
To prepare the work areas for service.
Food and beverage service at the different points of sale. Billing and collecting payment from the customer.
Handle customer requests and complaints.
Collaborate with the rest of the departments.
Carry out room service. Check food items.
You will observe the health and safety measures established for the proper performance of your position.
Applying the Chain's quality standards following the Procedures Manual.
