Salesforce CRM Technical Consultant

• Degree/Bachelor's in Computer Science and communications or similar.
• Experience in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce.
• Understanding of best practices and standards in the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in project management, including planning and execution.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other aspects of Salesforce development.
• Result-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are highly valued.

We are looking for a person to occupy the position of Salesforce CRM Technical Consultant, whose mission will be to collaborate with internal and external teams to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and guarantee the successful delivery of projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Perform detailed requirements analysis to design Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and present solution proposals based on Salesforce.
• Create data models, workflows, and business processes within the tool.
• Develop custom fields, pages, flows, and components.
• Implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications and enterprise systems.
• Participate in the management of tool projects, including planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
• Provide training to end users and internal teams on the effective use of the platform.
• Offer post-implementation support and address issues and requests.
• Manage data quality and migration strategies when necessary.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure data integrity.
• Evaluate and recommend continuous improvements in existing implementations.
