The role

As a sales advisor· in energy, you will be responsible for:

The position is located in Valencia (Spain).

Hello Watt offers you an initial two-week internal training program integrating theory and practice, followed by additional training modules during the first 4 months (at a minimum). You will develop your sales skills and become an energy expert.

What you'll do

Contacting Hello Watt website users by telephone who want to change suppliers (calling interested customers - no prospecting)
Helping individuals reduce their energy bills by choosing the electricity and gas supplier best suited to their needs (price level and stability, customer service quality, green energy,...)
Accompanying them in subscribing to their electricity and gas contracts, but also home insurance, or internet boxes during moves)
Guiding them toward relevant energy-saving solutions for their home, such as the Hello Watt app to track consumption, or our heat pump or solar panel installation solutions.
Following up on customer files to ensure final validation of contracts.
