Intern SHE - Occupational Safety

What you´ll do Supports the SHE team in operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, procedures, and prevention processes. Maintains and updates SHE documentation, records, prevention reports, and related information in the prevention management platform. Supports the follow-up and recording of preventive and corrective actions, employee training, and qualification requirements. Manages occupational safety documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets and documentation required for the approval of Henkel employees and external providers. Provides administrative support to external providers during qualification and approval processes. Supports monthly SHE reporting, including hours worked, energy consumption, and waste generation. Collaborates in the preparation of annual prevention documentation and reports and provides administrative and order-management support to prevention technicians.
