What we're looking for

Requirements:

Training and experience in Occupational Risk Prevention.

Advanced English level for regular communication with international teams.

Proficiency in office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in industrial environments.

Ability to communicate and work with clients, operators, and middle management.

Client-oriented approach and coordination skills.

Availability to handle occasional needs outside regular working hours when activity requires it.

Nice to have

Experience as a supervisor, team leader, or industrial foreman.

Technical knowledge enabling understanding of production and operational processes.

Experience in coordinating business activities, industrial safety, or HSE.

The role

What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person, with knowledge of occupational risk prevention and the ability to participate in both safety management and monitoring tasks, as well as supporting daily plant operations.

- Administrative management related to plant safety, prevention, and documentation.

- Monitoring and control of the HSE procedures established by the company.

- Coordination and monitoring of preventive activities.

- Liaison with clients and support for daily operations.

- Support to the plant manager in the coordination of operational activities.

- Supervision and monitoring of aspects related to safety, quality, and operations.

- Collaboration with production teams to ensure compliance with established procedures.
