Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Training in Computer Systems Administration or similar.
  • Experience in remote technical support and incident resolution.
  • Knowledge of network configuration, computer systems, and software related to the dental sector.
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Ability to learn, initiative, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • English level adequate to operate in a technical environment.
  • Driving license B.

  • Compensation: €24,000 gross annual fixed salary, plus €3,000 gross annual variable bonus.
  • Hybrid work model: 50% remote work and 50% in-person.

We are looking to bring a Technical Assistance Technician into our Madrid team, with experience in technical support, IT knowledge, and a clear customer orientation.

What you'll do

You will be a key figure in technical support for dental clinics and laboratories, helping to ensure the correct functioning of their equipment and technological solutions.

  • Provide remote technical assistance, diagnose incidents, and resolve problems related to radiological equipment and CAD/CAM solutions.
  • Participate in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Provide technical support and share knowledge with colleagues in the technical and commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with clients, manufacturers, and reference centers to offer effective solutions.
  • Participate in special projects, congresses, and activities promoting our products.
  • Stay up to date on new technologies and solutions in the sector through continuous training.
  • Monitor activities and report progress and incidents to the department manager.
