Dental Telesales (Inbound)

• Authorization to work in Spain.
• Availability to work from Madrid in a hybrid model (50% in-office / 50% remote).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, commercial support, or customer service.
• Training or experience in the dental sector (Dental Hygiene, Dental Clinic Assistant, Dental Prosthetics, or similar profiles).
• Proficiency with common digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, client orientation, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Interest in continuous learning and a results-oriented mindset.

• Annual fixed salary of €21,750 gross (based on a full-time 40-hour week), prorated according to the actual working hours.
• Variable bonus of up to €1,500 per year, tied to goal achievement.

• Hybrid model (50%) - 1 week on-site, 1 week remote.

Purpose of the role
As part of the sales team, the selected candidate will contribute to generating business opportunities and the company's sustainable growth, ensuring a high-quality experience for every client.

• Execute acquisition strategies, both outbound and inbound, to identify, qualify, and contact potential and existing clients.
• Present products and services clearly, professionally, and tailored to each client's needs.
• Apply active listening and analysis techniques to understand client requirements and guide the process through to closing the sale.
• Act as the main point of contact, providing close, professional, and high-quality service.
• Resolve inquiries related to the company, products, and services efficiently and promptly.
• Handle objections and issues professionally, contributing to a positive and trustworthy experience.
• Process orders and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Keep information up to date in internal management tools.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding established commercial targets.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with other specialized teams when necessary.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, staying up to date on products, market trends, and sales techniques.

Contract for long-term sick leave replacement (approx. 1 year)

30-hour workday - Schedule: M-F 3pm to 7pm
