The role

What if your next sales challenge was helping to transform the way dental clinics work with orthodontics?

At Henry Schein, we are looking to hire a Smilers Specialist Sales professional to drive the growth of Smilers in Spain.

We are looking for a commercial, consultative person with a business mindset, who enjoys being close to the client and wants to be part of a project where technology, innovation, and health meet.

We are not simply looking for someone to sell aligners.

We are looking for someone capable of opening doors, generating trust, developing relationships, and converting opportunities into sustainable growth for our clients and for our business.

What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for developing Smilers in your territory, from identifying new opportunities to consolidating the clinics that incorporate the solution into their practice.

Your day-to-day will combine:

  • Acquisition and development of new dentists, orthodontists, and clinics.
  • Identification of clinics with potential to develop treatments with aligners.
  • Presentation of Smilers and its value proposition, adapting it to the needs of each professional.
  • Accompanying the client during their onboarding and development of the solution.
  • Driving the first cases and the progressive growth in the number of treatments.
  • Development of long-term relationships with professionals.
  • Working together with our Practice Account Managers / Field Sales Consultants to identify new opportunities within our client portfolio.
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and support teams to develop demand generation, training, and engagement actions.
  • Participation in congresses, events, and commercial activities related to Orthodontics and digital dentistry.
  • Rigorous management of the pipeline and commercial opportunities through the CRM.
  • Market and competitor monitoring to identify new growth opportunities.

Why this challenge?

Because you will have the opportunity to build.

  • Build relationships with professionals.
  • Build new business opportunities.
  • Build a category.

And help more clinics incorporate new ways of working and treating their patients.

If you are motivated by the challenge of growing an innovative solution within the dental sector and want to do it as part of an international team, we would like to meet you.
