We are looking for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT for our HOTEL HESPERIA BILBAO located in Vizcaya.
What you'll do
· Support in the preparation and making of buffet breakfasts.
· Preparation and plating of coffee shop products
· Support in the setup and service of events, meetings, and banquets.
· Mise en place and prior preparation for the various services.
· Perform cleaning tasks for utensils, machinery, and tableware in the restaurant and kitchen, as well as the kitchen facilities.
· Care for and maintain hotel material in good condition.
· Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations by maintaining good hygiene, both personally and at the workstation
