The role

Join one of the reference hotels for the corporate and events segment in Barcelona. At Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, you will work in an international, dynamic environment focused on service excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the commercialization of the convention center, as well as the accommodation and catering services of our 5-star hotel. The selected individual will combine a strong commercial orientation, excellent negotiation skills, and a high capacity for coordination to maximize business opportunities, ensure the conversion of groups and events, and offer an exceptional experience to our clients.

What you'll do

• Respond to requests assigned by the groups manager

• Follow up on quotes and groups on option

• Conduct site inspections

• Follow up on contract signings and deposit payments for confirmed groups

• Entry and maintenance of data in the system

• They will be the communication link between the various convention center clients and the rest of the departments, as well as the internal preparation of all details before, during, and at the end of the event

• They will control our clients' preferences and communicate their needs

• They will coordinate all types of events within the Convention Center

• They will supervise all events before and during their commencement

• They will receive clients and welcome them at the start of the event
