Your mission will be to help homeowners' communities make informed and sound decisions about improving their services. You will be a key figure in translating technical proposals into real, understandable value for each community. You will support presidents and representatives in a decision-making process that directly impacts the well-being and efficiency of their community.

• You will present improvement proposals in a clear, approachable, and value-driven manner.
• You will support representatives in decision-making, resolving doubts and building trust.
• You will follow up on each opportunity to ensure proposals move forward smoothly until approval.

Insurance

• Experience in commercial environments or client management

It will help you understand how to build long-term trusting relationships, adapting your communication to each interlocutor and making an impact in every interaction.

• Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple way

It will be key for communities to understand the real value of each proposal and make decisions with confidence and clarity.

• Organization and follow-up of opportunities

It will allow you to manage multiple communities at once without losing detail, ensuring each process moves forward with order and continuity.

• Ability to build trust in interactions

It will help you connect with presidents and representatives, facilitating honest conversations that unlock important decisions.
