The role

At Housfy, we are looking for a receptionist Trainee to join our team at the Premià de Mar offices.

What you'll do

In-person and phone customer service, providing a positive first experience with the company.
Managing the office calendar and visits.
Managing documentation, scanning and filing.
Access control and office organization, ensuring the smooth operation of the space.
Managing courier services and packages.
Occasional support with basic administrative tasks for other departments.
